My passion for wine-making originated in La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, a small village in the Chablis region where I spent part of my childhood.

After completing a degree in viticulture, I gained experience through the various positions I occupied in two of the most influential domains of the Chablis vineyard. For 15 years, I have been wine-maker in two important renowned domaine in Chablis (Domaine Jean Durup (my oncle) & Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard (Celine's father). However, my best wish was to work for myself, so I could understand my wines from the vineyard to the bottle. In that sense, I can share with my clients the life of this passionating craft so varied.....These fifteen years of career in the wine industry convinced me and my wife to start our own adventure.

Lastly, we would be delighted to welcome you in our restored house and cellar situated under this one. It will be the occasion to taste our wines and especially the latest vintage. Of course, I will inform you about the techniques of work I use to make our wines, and we could visit the vineyard.

It is our wish to let you share these moments of happiness that we experience with the daily cycle of the vine, and simply to savour with you the fruits of our harvest.

Thanks to the confidence that several retired wine growers have granted to my wife and I, it is a great pleaser to announce the creation of the Domaine Céline & Fréderic Gueguen, in January 2013.  Theses wine-growers chosen us to carry on with the prosperity of their vines.

We sincerely plan to respect the tradition and the fragility of the “terroir”. All our cultural techniques that take care about environment of the vineyard will allow us to preserve the aromatic complexity of this wines from all differents plots
